Over ten years after the disappearance of Yolanda Baker, her ex-boyfriend has been convicted of second-degree DC murder charges for his involvement in her death. This is only the fourth no-body case that the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia has tried since the 1980s.

DC Gun Charges – DC Prosecutors Seeking Jail Time for Wizards Arenas After DC Gun Incident

After pleading guilty in January to a felony gun possession charge, Washington Wizards player Gilbert Arenas will face sentencing on Friday by the DC Superior Court. Prosecutors are seeking up to six months of jail time for the professional athlete, as well as three years of probation and three hundred hours of community service.
